Actor Tom Sizemore was arrested in Los Angeles earlier this month for alleged domestic violence, and now the actor has been charged with spousal battery. Read more on Tom Sizemore below.

The Saving Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down actor has officially been charged with one count of spousal battery.

Police have not released information of the woman’s identity, but Sizemore is facing a year in jail and large fine if he is found guilty.

This certainly isn’t the first time that Sizemore has been in trouble with the law. Sizemore was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend, former “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss. And Sizemore has had a string of drug-related arrests in recent years.
