Reality TV star Tila Tequila is to take legal action over leaked sex tape footage she says was stolen from her laptop. Read more on Tila Tequila’s sex tape below.

Tila Tequila, the openly bisexual star of VH1 show A Shot At Love is reportedly featured in an explicit sex video with an unidentified man on pornography website 4Tube.com.

Tequila claims the sex tape was obtained illegally because it was stored on a computer she reported stolen in 2007.

Tila is threatening to sue the website if they fail to the video down and her lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, has already begun proceedings.

Nownejad tells TMZ.com, “A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if (the footage) is not removed.”

Tila has been in the news recently after she stripped naked and pulled out a gun in a bizarre video online, just weeks after posting a cryptic suicide note on her blog.

Tequila was also in the hospital back in September following an alleged altercation with her ex, football player Shawne Merriman, who she accused of choking and attacking her.

No charges were filed against Merriman, but Tequila is now suing him for the reported attack.
