Reality star Tila Tequila says she plans to seek custody of the late Casey Johnson’s adopted daughter Ava, 3. Read more on this story below.

Casey Johnson’s mother, Sale, has custody of her late daughter’s adopted daughter but Tila Tequila, 28, says that’s not what her fiance wanted.

“Her last wish was to have me have Ava,” Tila told Extra in an interview.

Tequila was not invited to the family funeral service for Casey held on Tuesday, says she only wanted to see Casey before she was buried.

“She’s not resting in peace right now,” Tila tells Extra. “She has come to me in my dreams.”

CaseyJohnson was found dead on Jan. 4. at the age of 30.

The cause of the heiress’ death is pending, awaiting toxicology tests which are due in weeks.  Tila says Johnson “had a sleeping problem” and is certain Casey’s death was accidental.

“I know for a fact; Casey was so excited for our life together,” she says. “I know for a fact it was not suicide.”
