Daughter to Jets owner Woody Johnson and heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, Casey Johnson, has been found dead in Los Angeles on Monday. Casey Johnson was 30. Read more on Casey Johnson’s death below.
The socialite and fiance to reality star Tila Tequila was found dead today in Los Angeles. Reports haven’t stated just how Casey Johnson died but a drug overdose or suicide wouldn’t be a surprise for the troubled socialite. Casey was 30 years old. .
Just last month Tila Tequila and Casey Johnson announced their engagement while lying in bed in their bras and panties in a video on Tila’s site.
Tila Tequila posted this message on her Twitter: “Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away.
Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w family.”
The troubled heiress Casey Johnson has a history of drug problems and has been to rehab many times.
And Casey also has been at war with her mother, Sale Johnson, for custody of the daughter Casey adopted from overseas. The child had been taken from Casey because she was living in squalor.
Sale and Robert Johnson, who are divorced, just recently cut off Casey’s trust fund because she refused to get help for her drug abuse.
In November 2009, Casey was arrested on charges of grand theft and the alleged victim was her ex-girlfriend, Jasmine Leonard.
A spokesman for the Jets owner issued this statement: “The Johnson family is mourning its tragic loss, and asks for privacy during this very difficult time.”
