Good morning! Tonight is George Clooney’s fundraiser, Hope For Haiti Now: A Global Benefit For Earthquake Relief, featuring pretty much every platinum-selling artist alive. Wyclef Jean, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Madonna, Keith Urban, Coldplay and dozens more are slated to appear on the program. (Not slated to appear on the telecast: Kanye West, who won’t be involved for whatever reason you choose to believe). Hope for Haiti airs on MTV, NBC, ABC, CBS and MTV at 8 p.m. Basically, if you own a television, you have no reason not to watch (and donate). But for now, please focus your attention on today’s music mix:

Behind the jump: we say goodbye to Conan. Pass the Kleenex.

VIDEO REWIND OF THE DAY: Tonight, as we’re sure you’re aware, is Conan O’Brien’s last show as host of The Tonight Show. Instead of taking the wayback machine to a past music video, we’re honoring Conan with the last really heart-wrenching farewell on NBC’s late-night franchise: Johnny Carson’s. Watch Bette Midler serenade Carson with “One For My Baby” during his last Tonight Show in May 1992. We’re sure Neil Young will add a similar touch of class to Conan’s sign-off tonight. (If not, Conan can always be played off by keyboard cat.)
Have a great day, everyone! Yes, you too, Conan. Chin up.
