Tara Reid and her boyfriend Michael Axtmann were out for dinner at The Little Door restaurant in LA Monday night when Axtmann proposed.

“Michael surprised Tara with a beautiful round brilliant cut ring,” the actress’s rep said. “Tara was so happy, and the other patrons clapped and yelled out, ‘Congratulations.’”

Tara, 34, and Michael, an Internet entrepreneur, started dating last year. The couple plans to have a small wedding for family and friends before the summer.

Tara Reid posed for Playboy’s January/February magazine and finished filming two movies, “Last Call”, and thriller “The Fields”.

Congrats to the couple on their engagement!
