“The Hills” reality star Stephanie Pratt was able to avoid doing jail time after she reached a plea deal in her DUI case. Read more on Stephanie’s DUI below.

Stephanie Pratt was arrested in October after failing a breathalyzer test in Los Angeles. Pratt was charged with DUI.

Pratt was sentenced on Thursday to three years probation, and ordered to complete an alcohol program.

The DUI charges were dropped by the prosecutors in exchange for a no contest plea to the misdemeanor count of  “exhibition of speed”.

Pratt will be heading to rehab her lawyer stated, “Ms. Pratt voluntarily sought help from a doctor regarding substance issues but the doctor recommended that she didn’t need rehab.”
