Singer Leona Lewis was left quite shaken after she was punched in the face at her London book signing. Read more on Leona Lewis’ assault below.
Police were called to Waterstone’s bookstore in London and arrested a man for allegedly attacking the singer. Leona “did not require hospital treatment” but was “understandably badly shaken.”
Leona’s spokesman said in a statement, “Leona was a victim of an unprovoked attack this afternoon at her book singing.”
A fan at the book signing gave their eyewitness account of the incident saying, “My brother saw the whole incident. He [the attacker] walked up there with the book, she signed it and, as she looked up, he just punched her.”
Leona Lewis was signing copies of her new autobiography called “Dreams”, which will be released next month.
WTF? That’s really strange!
