A woman named Shirley Rae Dieu is suing Dr. Phil McGraw, two producers and another doctor in what she said is a case of false imprisonment, practicing without a license, indecent exposure, battery, fraud and more. Shirley Rae Dieu, 56, of California says she was seeing Dr. Phil McGraw for therapy in his office in Hollywood back in 2007. Dieu says Dr. Phil held her in his office as a prisoner and”forced to be in the same room with a completely live naked man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all.”
Dieu also states she was deprived of food as well as sleep and was “brainwashed” and “subjected to edited tapings showing her as a different personality than her own.” She went on to say Dr. Phil even touched her left breast during a therapy session on Oct. 9, 2007.
Shirley Dieu told People magazine via a phone interview that “[Dr. Phil] is nothing like what he’s like on TV.” She says another woman will be filing suit against Dr. Phil too. “You have no idea what I and this other woman went through.”
Apparently Dieu is “sue happy” as she has filed a malpractice suit against an Orange County hospital in 2002 and sued a car dealership in 2007. She is going to be her own attorney so her filing was said to be full of misspelled words and grammar errors.
Shirley Dieu doesn’t sound too credible, what do you guys think?
