Hip-hop choreographer Shane Sparks is preparing to fight back against child molestation charges brought against him last week. Read more on Shane Sparks’ legal fight below.

The “So You Think You Can Dance” choreographer judge of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew is getting ready to go to court against the people that accused him of molesting a child.

“Shane Sparks is innocent, he knows it and soon the world will know it. We are going to fight this tooth and nail,” Sparks’ attorney Steve Meister said.

Sparks posted bail on Saturday night, and is focused on clearing his name.

Sparks’ lawyer said the accusations are completely unfounded and believes it is an attempt at extortion.

“It’s a bogus accusation that reeks of opportunism and exploitation. The timing is beyond suspicious, and this whole thing stinks to high heaven,” Meister stated. “We are going to fight to clear his name, and we are going to succeed.”

Shane was arrested in LA on Friday on eight counts of felony child molestation for an alleged crime that happened over ten years ago. The alleged victim just came forward recently with her accusations.  If Shane Sparks is convicted, he will have to provide fingerprints and a DNA sample for the national sex offender database.
