A police report has been filed by a celebrity photographer named Jordan Dawes, who claims he was assaulted by actor Sean Penn. Read more on this story below.

Sean Penn entered the store to get a bite to eat and became upset when celebrity photographer, Dawes, refused to leave him alone.

Sources reported that Sean Penn then began kicking and hitting Jordan Dawes multiple times.
