Randy Quaid and his wife were accused of leaving the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California without paying their $10,000 bill.

The Quaids have been called to face charges for this incident and have for the fourth time not appeared. Today’s court date was actually even set by the actor and his wife!

After the Quaid’s no-show, the prosecutor is filing papers for the Quaids extradited from Texas.
