Rumors are swirling that actress Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are now engaged! Read more on this story below!
The very private couple has not come out and even said they were dating but sources say they are even engaged.
“They’re telling friends they will get married,” a friend of the couple’s said.
Penelope Cruz has slapped down rumors she is pregnant, but fueled them yet again when she and Javier were spotted leaving an ob/gyn clinic recently.
“They say the pregnancy stories aren’t true,” a friend says.
Penelope Cruz has spoken before on marriage saying, “I don’t know if I believe in marriage.” But Cruz said she does believe in some things. “I believe in family, love and children.”
She added, “When I [have children], I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life.”
Some reports say that Penelope Cruz and Bardem’s started their romance in 2007. But insiders said they actually fell for one another back in 1992 when filming “Jamon, Jamon”.
Cruz reportedly broke things off after the movie but they joined back together for 1997’s “Live Flesh.” Then later Woody Allen cast them in “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” and they were said to have fallen in love with each other all over again.
With rumors going around that the couple is engaged and being seen in Madrid at the ob/gyn’s… could they be ready to settle down and start a family?
