Andrew Shue & Amy Robach Married!

Former Melrose Place star Andrew Shue and Today anchor Amy Robach have tied the knot! Read more on Robach and Shue’s wedding below.
Actor Andrew Shue, 42, wed Amy Robach, 37, on Saturday at The Lighthouse at NYC’s Chelsea Piers. This was an extra special day for Robach as she also celebrated her 37th birthday.
This is the second marriage for both Amy Robach, the former Miss Georgia and television anchor, and actor Andrew Shue.
Andrew’s three sons with ex-wife Jennifer Hageney and Amy’s two daughters with ex-husband Tim McIntosh reportedly made up the couple’s wedding party.
“The wedding was absolutely beautiful,” a “Today” show rep said. “Amy and Andrew were beaming.”
Among the estimated 120 guests who enjoyed the intimate candle-filled reception were Shue’s sister, actress Elisabeth and her husband, director Davis Guggenheim, as well as Robach’s NBC colleagues Meredith Vieira, Ann Curry and Kathie Lee Gifford.
“Instead of a gift, they asked guests to give them their two favorite songs – one dance, one love – and they were played throughout the night,” the rep said of the couple’s requests. “And instead of wedding cake, they’re having a birthday cake.”
The couple became engaged in September 2009, after meeting at a “Today’s Moms” book party.
“[Today anchor] Natalie [Morales] actually set us up, so I have Natalie to thank for the whole thing,” the new bride said on Friday’s show after her coworkers offered a pre-wedding toast. “If it doesn’t work out it’s your fault,” Robach joked.

Sea Shepherd Bob Barker Rammed At Sea (video)
February 7th, 2010 weldamfm The Sea Shepherd anti-whaling boat Bob Barker was rammed by an Illegal whaling vessel on the high seas early this morning. The Bob Barker was apparently trying to block the whaling ships path when they were rammed.
Sea Shepherd Society said today’s “intentional ramming” occurred 180 miles off Cape Darnley which is apart of the Australian Antarctic Territory. This is the second time this group has been rammed by the illegal whaling ships. Hollywood Can Breathe Easy—Ke$ha’s Prank A Hoax

In case you were truly concerned that Ke$ha and her buds had actually defamed the iconic Hollywood sign by spray-painting the rambuctious pop singer’s name on it, you can sleep well tonight: it was just a hoax. (Whew!) EW’s Music Mix contacted the Hollywood Sign Trust and they assured that not only had no vandalism taken place at the site, a prank like that would be virtually impossible to accomplish. Since the only true obstacle was her imagination, we’re just left wondering why Ke$ha didn’t spring for a more creative prank to punk the world. Tweeting that she’s carrying Grammy co-presenter Justin Bieber’s love child? Now that we could see causing an uproar.
Hear “Suburban Decay,” The Song Adam Lambert Thinks Is Perfect For ‘Twilight’

In early December, pop glamazon Adam Lambert put it out there that his unreleased track “Suburban Decay” would be perfect for a movie soundtrack—like the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. “It just didn’t quite fit [in my album]. It’s very theatrical,” he told MTV. “It’s very campy, and it was just a bit too campy for the album as a big picture.”
Campy? Sure. After all, according to the site American Idol 360, the upbeat rock jam was penned by Justin Hawkins, former frontman for The Darkness. (Hawkins also wrote Adam’s “Music Again,” which did make the cut for For Your Entertainment.)

Socialite Gigi Jordan Kills 8 Yr-Old Son In Botched Murder-Suicide Attempt

Manhattan socialite Gigi Jordan, who was reportedly upset over her failing marriage, killed her 8 year-old son Jude in the Peninsula Hotel. Read more on this horrific story below.
Police discovered Gigi Jordan, 49, “babbling incoherently” on the floor of Room 1154 at the Peninsula luxury hotel. Gigi had killed her 8 year-old son in a botched murder-suicide attempt over her doomed marriage. .
Jordan’s son Jude appeared to be dead about one day was lying face-up on the floor beside his mother with thousands of prescription pills scattered around the room.
The dead child was “foaming at the mouth” from an apparent overdose, police said.
Reports say there were several notes left inside the room, but sources aren’t certain if they were suicide letters.
Police said of Gigi, “She lawyers up right away,” and added, “She won’t answer any questions.”
Gigi Jordan resides in the Trump International Hotel & Towers, was upset about the end of her marriage and checked into the Peninsula hotel on Wednesday evening. Jordan paid the hotel bill with cash, ordered room service and never left the room.
Gigi had been emailing her aunt in Belgium saying she was going to kill herself and her son. The aunt contacted the NYPD, who sent officers to Jordan’s home.
Police finally found her at the Peninsula hotel with her dead 8 year-old son.
Jordan was transported to Bellevue Hospital at about 12:45 p.m., police said. She had taken some of the pills, but survived the suicide attempt.
What a sad and horrific incident!

Last month we did a Popping Up profile on Scottish crooner Alex Gardner, who’s been working on his debut album for the past year with British hitmaking team Xenomania. To promote his upcoming single “I’m Not Mad,” the baby-faced 18-year-old hit up UK radio station Hallam FM, where he answered a barrage of questions—and slightly bristled at a comparison to fellow Scot, Calvin Harris. (What, aren’t the similarities to Susan Boyle also as plain as day?)

“The backing track is as dancy as Calvin Harris, but the singing is as soulful as, I don’t know, a soul singer, I guess,” Gardner replied, when asked if he feels “I’m Not Mad” sounds like a Calvin Harris song. “Hopefully it’s different.”
We think so, Alex! He also gave a bit of info about his upcoming LP.
“My album’s very versatile,” he said. “Everything is on there. I’ve got reggae tracks, rock tracks, blues tracks, drum-driven tracks, bass-driven tracks, ballads. Everything. You want it, I’ve got it.”

Lesbo Fight! Lindsay Lohan Throws Drink In Ex Samantha Ronson’s Face

Former carpet-munching lovers Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson got into a huge fight on Wednesday evening, which ended with Lonhan throwing a drink in Ronson’s face. Read more on the incident below.
Lindsay Lohan and her ex got into a nasty fight on Wednesday night at Crown bar, where Ronson was working.
An eyewitness revealed to RadarOnline:
“Sam was working her usual weekly gig DJing at Crown bar,” an eyewitness stated. “Lindsay turned up around 11 pm and she was in the mood for trouble!
“Lindsay was drinking straight out of a bottle of vodka and I saw her take an orange prescription bottle out of her bag and pop a couple of pills that she said were Adderal, she even offered some of the pills to a friend that was with her.
“Lindsay was trying to get Sam’s attention, but she was working and studiously ignored Lindsay. You could see Lindsay getting more and more worked up the more Sam didn’t pay her any attention. At one point Lindsay was dirty dancing with this really pretty girl right in front of Sam, obviously to try and make her jealous.
“Sam just got sick of it all in the end though and started taunting Lindsay about her being all drunk and messed up. She said to Lindsay, “Why don’t you just have another drink?” and even told her, “You’re a disgrace”.
“That made Lindsay just totally flip out on Sam. She picked up a drink and threw it straight in her face! Sam was absolutely furious and picked up some DJ equipment that was by her and threw that at Lindsay. It was crazy!
“Lindsay’s friend grabbed her and pulled her away before things got even worse, she was losing control. It took her ages to calm down and she was going off about Sam for ages.
“Lindsay just has absolutely no self control when it comes to Sam. She obviously still has feelings for her and she’s totally not over her. It’s a completely toxic situation.”
The fight evidently had Ronson really upset too and she went to another club later that night, H.Wood, and acted like a bitch.
Ronson insisted DJ’ing at the club and pushed the house DJ aside. Ronson then played a mix-tape and didn’t do a live set so the club’s management asked her to stop.
Sam reportedly left the club angry, taking the audio cables with her which left the club unable to play music the rest of the night.
Lohan and Ronson have had an off-and-on rocky relationship but reportedly split last year. It seems the drama is still there though huh?
