Angelina Mavilia, a transgender, has filed a $10 million sex assault suit against NFL player Eric Green. Read more on the sex assault lawsuit against Eric Green below.

Angelina Mavilia reportedly met Eric Green at an Arizona casino in 2009 when he was playing for the Arizona Cardinals.

Mavilia, 38, went back to his condo, where Green, 27, assaulted her, she charges. He then got “extremely agitated and threatening,” and warned her that, “This never happened. You’d better not tell.”

Angelina has filed a $10 million sex assault against the football player, and is also suing the city stating she was abused and humiliated by police.

Mavilia says she was treated unfairly after being arrested for trespassing in a Manhattan housing complex on Oct. 30, 2008.

A female police officer demanded she take off her bra and panties and then looked at her genitals and yelled, “It’s a girl!”

Then later a correction officer ordered Mavilia to strip again and put her in a cell with a man.

“You’re not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman,” the officer allegedly stated. “I can see your plastic surgery.”
