A pharmacist in Los Angeles told Anna Nicole Smith’s doctor that the drugs prescribed to the model after her son Daniel’s death were “pharmaceutical suicide,” according to unsealed documents. According to documents in the investigation of Anna Nicole Smith’s doctors, a pharmacist refused to fill the prescriptions and later recalled thinking, “They are going to kill her with this.”
Investigators are looking at the part that psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and internist Sandeep Kapoor played in her overdose death in February 2007.
Both doctors, Anna Nicole’s boyfriend, and Howard K. Stern pleaded not guilty to illegally provide her with controlled substances. A hearing is scheduled for next month.
Prosecutors will call Anna’s bodyguard and Larry Birkhead, the father of her daughter, Dannielynn, as witnesses.
The shocking news in these latest details are that the doctors who enabled model Anna Nicole Smith in getting her drugs also had sex with her!
Evidence from several sources show that both doctors repeatedly had sexual contact with Anna Nicole Smith. There are photos on Anna’s laptop that show her and Khristine Eroshevich in the bathtub nude and in an embrace. Those photos were taken just two months before Anna’s death.
The first request for drugs for Anna Nicole came five days after her son died and asked for two sedatives, 300 tablets of methadone, a muscle relaxer, an anti-inflammatory drug and four bottles of a strong painkiller.
