Always a head-turner, Miley’s all-white ensemble seems to be taking a page from Rihanna‘s “no shirt, no bra, no problem!” playbook, but that haircut is all primed to take the kids to soccer in the nearest minivan. (That blazer would be awfully matronly if Miley were wearing anything underneath it.) We’re not sure if she’s trying to seduce us or send us to bed without supper… but either way, we’re afraid to disobey for fear of a spanking.
