Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has been arrested yet again…this time for violating a restraining order by contacting his ex-girlfriend, Erin Muller. Read more on this story below.

Michael Lohan allegedly phoned his ex Erin Muller at work on January 21 in breach of the restraining order she had filed against him over Lohan’s harassment, according to her attorney.

Police said Lohan was arrested and charged with criminal contempt, and is due in court on February 25.

Michael Lohan has a history of violating restraining orders. Lohan was arrested last April after he kept calling Muller threatening to kill himself after she wanted to end their relationship last year.

Then Michael was arrested again in December for calling Erin.

Lohan was also accused of kicking Muller in her vagina in December. This is just one of at least 12 incidents of allged physical abuse in the past two years.

But the crazy behavior doesn’t appear to be all one-sided. Earlier last year Michael Lohan pressed charges against Erin after she threatened him with a knife during an argument, saying Erin kicked him in the head.
