Michael Lohan’s ex-fiance has been arrested after allegedly kicking him in the head during an argument. Read more on Erin Muller’s arrest below.

Erin Muller was reportedly arrested outisde of Michael Lohan’s mother’s New York home on the 14th of November.

Michael Lohan claimed that his ex-fiance was too “drunk and high” to drive, which started a big argument and resulted in Muller kicking Michael in the head when he opened her car door.

Erin Muller turned herself into police on Thursday and faces second degree harassment charges.

Her arrest comes just days after she stated Michael Lohan had violated a restraining order by calling her.
