Law enforcement officials have said Michael Jackson’s toxicology report results show Jackson had a lethal amount of the drug Propofol in his system.  Propofol wasn’t the only drug found in Michael’s system though! Read more below!

The toxicology results show that Michael Jackson had the anesthetic Propofol in his system, but also alprazolam (Xanax).

TMZ has reported their source said the Propofol was the reason for Jackson’s death.
