Michael Irvin has been accused of raping a woman in 2007, who has now filed a lawsuit against the former Dallas Cowboy. News of Irvin’s rape lawsuit comes today as ESPN drops him from their 103.3 radio show. Read more on Michael Irvin’s sex assault lawsuit below.



A Florida woman claims Michael Irvin and his friend got her drunk in 2007 and demanded that she perform sexual acts.

The woman’s lawsuit stated that an unidentified man held her down and covered her mouth, then Irvin raped her. She said after Irvin was finished, the other man forced her to perform oral sex.

Now Michael Irvin has been let go from ESPN radio today.  ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz said, “The show was not performing and we had previously determined to end the show.”

News of Irvin’s rape lawsuit filed in Fort Lauderdale just expedited the situation.
