Reports that the FBI had investigated Anna Nicole Smith for her possible involvement in a murder-for-hire plot to kill E. Pierce Marshall is true said Anna’s ex-boyfriend, Mark Hatten. Read more on this story below.

Mark Hatten has revealed to Inside Edition that Anna Nicole Smith did ask him to help her kill her late husband’s son, E. Pierce Marshall, back  in 2000.  Reports came out stating that the FBI had investigated Anna Nicole for the murder plot.

Hatten said:

“She wanted me to take care of it for her. If I wasn’t going to do it personally, [she wanted me] to get a contract to kill Pierce Marshall…She’d get jacked up on pain pills and this would come out, and she’d start saying, ‘Mark, you gotta kill him. I’m Anna Nicole, I can’t do it. You gotta take care of this for me. I’ll do anything for you. We’ll be set.’”

Anna’s own sister, Donna Hogan, said she actually believes the allegations and that it wouldn’t “shock or surprise” her.
