Lana Del Rey is back to looking all old timey again! Aside from the fragrance commercial-esque “Blue Jeans,” the Born To Die diva’s music videos tend to look like the motion picture equivalent of Instagram, and here with “Carmen” she’s done it again — mixing found footage with clips of Lana looking appropriately glam, most of which appears to have been shot before she was born. It all matches the somber, rather creepy mood of the tune, of course. Does it give you butterflies like Carmen does to the boys and girls?
