What a difference a decade makes! Ten years ago, Bill Clinton had recently abdicated the White House and the words “Lady Gaga” would be considered baby talk. Now, in 2011, the former president has the darkness-betrothed superstar performing for the William J. Clinton Foundation’s “A Decade Of Difference” festivities (along with Clinton’s 65th birthday). The evening was certainly a memorable affair, with the “Viva Glam” maestra channeling Marilyn Monroe and changing the lyrics of a certain hit to “Bill Romance.” Not to be outdone, “Without You” crooner Usher split his pants during a performance, prompting him to ad lib: “I work hard.” Watch it all below.
