Kendrick Lamar‘s musical performances were a brief highlight during a Saturday Night Episode that had Adam Levine hosting and featuring in skit after skit that was, let’s face it, pretty lame. The good kid, m.A.A.d city MC kicked things off with his current Hot 100 hit “Swimming Pools (Drank),” which he delivered while decked out in all black, from his Compton beanie down to his shoes. Later in the show Kendrick offered up “Poetic Justice,” sans Drake.
