Model Jordan aka Katie Price has wed her cage fighter boyfriend in Las Vegas, almost a year after her divorce from Peter Andre. Read more on Katie Price’s wedding below.

Jordan, whose real name is Katie Price, married Alex Reid in a secret ceremony at the Wynn resort in Las Vegas on Tuesday afternoon.

The couple issued a statement saying,  “We are very much in love and look forward to the future together. We can’t wait to get back and celebrate our marriage with our friends and family who we know fully support our wishes.”

Price’s spokesperson says this is not a publicity stunt, “Their decision to marry has not been made with any pre-conceived commercial plan or media deal in place and their reason for getting married is purely down to their love for each other.”

Alex and Katie’s wedding comes just days after Reid won the British reality show Celebrity Big Brother.

Back in November Katie refused Reid’s proposal after he flew all the way to Australia to pop the question.  It looks like Katie had a change of heart!

The newlyweds began dating last summer.

It is believed the couple will begin married life with an extended stay in Las Vegas – and they may even attend an Ultimate Fighting Championship event in Sin City on Saturday.
