Jon Gosselin was on Larry King Live telling everyone about his epiphany… that the show isn’t healthy for his kiddos. Wow! It’s interesting Jon just discovered this after TLC dropped his ass huh? Read more and see Jon on Larry King Live on video below.
Jon Gosselin spoke with Larry King and stated he felt “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ is “detrimental” to his family and that he is determined to make it stop.
“I had an epiphany one day,” Gosselin told King. “I didn’t want to be the person I was any more. I had to take back my life….This show is not healthy for my kids…And I want it to stop.”
Jon’s new lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, was tossing out dollar figures stating that TLC made $186 million dollars last quarter, mainly off Jon and Kate. Jon Gosselin said he and Kate only made $1 million a year from TLC.
“A million dollars — $500,000 after taxes. And that’s divided by 10 [the 10 members of the family] — that’s what I made,” Jon said Thursday night. Oh, poor Jon!
And what about “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ relaunching as “Kate Plus 8″ in Nov. 2?” Well, Jon’s lawyer Heller said it’s not happening.
“Are you going to try and keep it off the air?” King asked Heller.
“I guarantee you, it’s a done deal [that the show will not get back on the air]. There’s no judge in the country that will let those children work if the father is against it,” Heller said. “I can assure you and your viewers that this show will not go forward with these eight children.”
