Former quarterback Joe Namath’s 19 year-old daughter, Olivia Namath, was arrested in Florida this weekend for drug possession. Read more on Olivia Namath’s arrest below.
Olivia Namath was arrested and booked at Palm Beach County Jail at about 4 a.m. on Sunday.
Olivia was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, as well as intent to sell, and possession of alcohol by someone younger than 21 years of age.
Namath’s daughter was pulled over for speeding at around 1 a.m. and the officer noticed the smell of marijuana. The officer conducted a search of the vehicle and found a small bag of pot on the driver’s side floorboard. He found another 200 grams in the trunk as well as an open bottle of rum and 11 bottles of Miller Light.
Olivia reportedly told police she didn’t know the marijuana was in her trunk. Yea, right!
She was later released on $3,000 bond.
