“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis reportedly pulled out of a court hearing on Friday because he is sick with an infection in Mexico. Read more on douche Joe Francis below.

Joe Francis was scheduled to appear before a judge in Panama City, Florida but his lawyer provided a doctor’s note to the judge and explained his client is in a Mexican hospital, fighting off an ear infection and a high fever.

Francis was supposed to appear on Friday to face up to a civil suit filed by four women in Florida that were filmed by Joe Francis when they were underage.

The civil suit is probably the least of Joe Francis’ legal woes as he is also in trouble with the IRS.  In addition Francis is being sued by a Las Vegas Casino for $2 million.
