Sandra Bullock and hubby Jesse James received good news in court regarding James’ daughter Sunny. Jesse’s ex, porn star Janine Lindemulder, will not be allowed visitation with 6 year-old daughter Sunny. Read more on the judge’s ruling below.
A judge has ordered that adult film star Lindemulder can make daily phone calls to her daughter Sunny, but is not allowed visitation.
“No visitation rights were granted at this point,” Orange County Superior Court spokeswoman Carol Levitzky revealed.
Jesse James worries about Janine’s comments to their daughter.
“She texts at least twice and up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny,” he said of his ex. “But sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call.
“[Lindemulder] has no filter on what she tells [Sunny] about prison. There’s a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don’t think a 6-year-old can comprehend or process.”
James also revealed to the judge that although his ex, Lindemulder, had wanted Christmas custody of their daughter, she never showed up…and had pissed four of her five past visits that were scheduled.
The hearing will continue on June 14, and Jesse James and Janine Lindemulder were ordered to undergo joint counseling once a month.
Little Sunny, 6, currently lives with her father Jesse James and actress Sandra Bullock, who was nominated for an Oscar this morning.
