The surveillance video from Guys and Dolls nightclub has been released showing the altercation between Joe Francis and Brody Jenner’s girlfriend, Jayde Nicole. Read more and see the video of Jayde and Joe’s fight below.

You guys can judge for yourselves but it appears that at the beginning of the video Jayde Nicole is the one starting things. She walks through the club to get near Joe Francis and then pours her drink on him from behind.  Not that annoying Joe Francis doesn’t deserve a drink poured on his  head but still!

Looking surprised, Joe turns around and sees Jayde. She is leaning against the bar and he pulls Jayde by her hair.  Now this is totally uncalled for don’t you think?

Jayde said she had a “black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs”. From the video that seems pretty impossible.

Of course Joe Francis’ legal problems continue to build against him. Francis is also being sued by Wynn casinos in Las Vegas over a $3 million dollar debt.
