Sources say police were watching Stephanie Pratt enter her car after Holly Montag’s birthday celebration and were just waiting to arrest her.

Pratt was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence in the early morning hours in Hollywood.

Stephanie Pratt was arrested and taken into custody, her bail set at $5,000.
