KISS band member Gene Simmons had a temporary restraining filed against him by a couple that said he tried to kill them! Read more on this story below.

Nathan Marlowe and Cynthia Manzo filed a restraining order against the long-tongued KISS band member after they said he threatened to kill them.

The couple and Gene Simmons were all at the Grove shopping center in Los Angeles on December 19 when Marlowe walked up to Simmons and asked him about “his public persona about monogamy.”

They claim that at that moment Simmons grabbed him by the throat followed by a headbutt and also choked him and said, “I will kill you.”  Then Marlowe said that Gene grabbed his wife’s throat and did the same thing before taking their camera.

But the judge denied the temporary restraining order application citing that the couple didn’t show “a threat of future harm.”

Don’t eff with Gene Simmons guys!
