Leave it to fun. to make those jingle bells… pop. The band’s cover of “Sleigh Ride”, really the sole effort by a pop artist on the indie-leaning Holidays Rule compilation album, just surfaced, and it’s a charming little holiday jam. No major wild swerves or transitions as with “We Are Young” or “Some Nights” with this sleigh ride, as the guys stay fairly true to the original. It however a modern enough spin that it would make for the perfect holiday GAP sweater ad. Giddy up, giddy up, giddy up and jump below to hear the track.
