Playboy Playmate of the Year for 2002, Dalene Kurtis, was forced to take out a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend after he brutally beat her and threatened to kill her. Read more on Dalene Kurtis below.

Dalene claims her ex brutally beat her and threatened to kill her while they were vacationing in Hawaii.

Dalene Kurtis was granted the restraining order after she was used as a “punching bag” by her ex, according to celebrity TMZ.

The former Playmate was allegedly choked, punched, stomped in the stomach, had her finger broken, and he spit in her face.

Kurtis called the police at the time of the beating after her boyfriend said he was “gonna kill (her)” and to “slit (her) throat”.

The temporary restraining order also includes Kurtis’ two-year-old son.

Dalene will make an appearance in court today to have the order made permanent.
