The Grey’s Anatomy star T.R. Knight and his boyfriend Mark Cornelson have split but say they “still care about each other very much.”   Read more on T.R. Knight and Mark Cornelson’s break-up below.

It’s being reported that has reported that the former “Grey’s Anatomy” actor asked Mark to move out of the apartment. But sources say that the split was amicable and “just came to a natural end” and there were “no hard feelings” between the two.

Knight publicly came out of “the closet” in 2006.  Knight, 36, met UCLA student Mark Cornelson at the Matthew Sheperd Foundation gala in Los Angeles in 2007. They started dating shortly after the party, despite their age difference of 16 years.

Just this past week T.R. Knight told Ellen DeGeneres on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” that he wants to have a baby.
