Ex NBA star Jayson Williams is expected to be charged with drunk driving after he crashed his SUV in Manhattan early Tuesday. Read more on Jayson Williams’ injuries below.

Jayson Williams, who is facing trial in the shooting of his limo driver, refused the Breathalyzer test after his Mercedes SUV crashed into a tree at around 3:15 this morning.

Williams reportedly suffered cuts to his face and was taken to Bellevue Hospital, but his injuries are said to be minor.

When policed arrived on the scene of the car crash, they found Jayson sitting in the passenger seat of his SUV, maybe trying to appear as if he wasn’t driving.  Real smart!

But eyewitnesses said Williams was all along in the SUV when the crash occurred.

Police plan to obtain a warrant to test Williams’ blood and he will most likely be charged with DUI.
