Serena WIlliams is on the cover of ESPN Magazine’s new issue called “the Body Issue.” This special issue is said to feature some 80 athletes from a multitude of different sports as well as diverse shapes and sizes.  Other notable athletes pictured in the new issue are Michelle Carter, Nascar’s Ken Schrader, Anna Grzebien, Christina Kim and Sandra Gal.

Lets hope this is a step in a new direction after Serena’s recent “event” that occured at the 2009 US Open when she had a problem with a foot fault.
