That Eminem and Rihanna reign just won’t let up. Following the pair’s staggering chart success with “Love The Way You Lie,” a six-times Platinum single that spent seven weeks at #1, became 2010′s best-selling song in the UK and won several statues, including two People’s Choice Awards and a Billboard Music Award, their follow-up collaboration, “The Monster,” looks like it’s going to live up to its title.
So far Em and RiRi’s latest has been lodged at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 for several weeks, held off from the top by Lorde‘s “Royals.” But “The Monster” seems like the logical successor to “Royals” as the latter’s eight-week run at #1 winds down. And this is before the track’s music video has premiered.
Eminem posted the above photo of himself with a little-black-dress-wearing Rihanna on Instagram last night, with the simple descriptor “on set.” Looks like it’s going to be a classy affair.
