Eddie Cibrian is preparing to sue a tabloid magazine over claims he is cheating on girlfriend LeAnn Rimes with a former lover. Read more on this story below.

Life & Style magazine came out with the report saying that actor Eddie Cibrian was seeing his former lover, Scheana Marie Jancan, behind LeAnn Rimes’ back. Cibrian is known to be quite a player and had cheated on his estranged wife, Brandi Glanville with Scheana Marie and of course country singer LeAnn Rimes.

Scheana Marie Jancan warned Rimes, who divorced her husband Dean Sheremet to be with Cibrian, that Cibrian would dump her after he had his fun with her.

Life & Style has reported that Jancan was once again sleeping with Eddie Cibrian.

The actor is fighting mad about the allegations and is getting ready to file a libel lawsuit against the magazine.

A statement from the star’s rep says, “Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others.

“This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly.

“It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.”
