Crime novelist Robert B. Parker has reportedly died at the age of 77. Read more on Parker’s death below.
Robert B. Parker was found dead in his home in Boston by his wife on Monday. Parker’s cause of death is not yet known.
Parker wrote over 50 books but was most known for his Spenser series of detective novels. The author’s Spenser character was brought to life on television in the 1980’s series “Spenser: For Hire”, which starred Robert Urich as Spenser.character.
Robert B. Parker won two Edgar Awards from the Mystery Writers of America and a Grand Master Edgar in 2002 for lifetime achievement. He has sold over four million copies of his books world-wide.
