A family court judge cited increasingly erratic behavior by Courtney Love as a reason to give guardianship to the late Kurt Cobain’s mother, Wendy O’Connor as well as Kurt’s sister, Kimberly Cobain.

Guardianships are often established when a parent is not capable of taking care of their children.

The guardianship is for both Frances Bean as well as her finances. But the don’t have power over the trust that was established for Francis.

There has been a long period of unstable conduct by Courtney Love but the court proceedings were sealed.
