FBI agents arrested Sam Jones III, the actor that played Clark Kent’s pal Pete Ross on the Superman series called “Smallville”. Federal
Police said that Sam Jones was part of a conspiracy to deal over 10,000 Oxycodone.
Sam Jones is said to be a co-conspirator in a series of Hollywood drug deals last year.
The court documents state that Sam Jones was the “Hollywood connection” in the plot to buy and sell the Oxycodone.
Jones has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and is scheduled to appear in federal court in Los Angeles later today.
If Jones is convicted, he faces up to 20 years in jail.
It makes you wonder if Jones’ drug bust is connected to the Big Brother winner Adam Jasinski’s arrest this past weekend. Jasinski also had a huge amount of Oxycodone with intent to sell and had used his winnings from the show to buy the drugs.
