Fresh from two triumphant sets at Coachella, Canadian electro-wizards Chromeo rocked the outdoor stage at Jimmy Kimmel Live last night (April 21). The duo brought along their flashy keyboards, which rest upon female legs, and performed retro-pop anthem “Jealous (I Ain’t With It)” as well as recent single “Come Alive”.
Dave 1 and P-Thugg always bring the party. The band’s slick ’80s synths, tongue-in-cheek showmanship and quirky props turned the Hollywood lot into a rollicking rave. “Jealous (I Ain’t With It)” is still the catchiest example of the current early ’80s dance revival and promises great things for Chromeo’s fourth LP White Women, which drops May 12. Watch up top.
