Charlie Sheen will reportedly be charged with felony menacing after the Christmas Day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller, in Colorado. Read more about Sheen’s charges below.
The “Two and a Half Men” star will be charged with misdemeanor assault as well as misdemeanor assault following the fight with his wife Brooke Mueller during the holidays.
The criminal complaint is expected to be filed late Friday or early Monday.
Sheen is expected to appear in court Monday for his arraignment, but not expected to enter a plea.
The judge will also hear from the lawyers for Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen in hopes of relaxing the protective order banning contact between the couple.
Charlie Sheen’s lawyer had no comment.
