Colorado police arrested Charlie Sheen on Friday morning after receiving a 911 call.

Charlie Sheen was arrested for second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, which is a misdemeanor.

Sheen was released after posting $8,500 bond.

Charlie’s wife Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911, and sources state that Brooke admitted her assault allegations were false.

Charlie and Brooke married in May 2008 and welcomed twin boys in March.
