Brooke Mueller was rushed to the ICU in a Los Angeles hospital with 105-degree fever on Tuesday and has pneumonia in both lungs and her kidneys are filled with infection. Read more on Brooke’s condition below.

Charlie Sheen’s wife is in the hospital with pneumonia after neglecting her wisdom tooth and infection spreading through her body.

“I talked to her doctor, and they are filling Brooke with antibiotics,” her mother says. “She waited too long to get her impacted wisdom tooth removed and the infection has spread all over. It is in her bloodstream.”

Charlie Sheen has been visiting Brooke in ICU even though he is under a protective order not to talk to her after his domestic violence arrest on Christmas Day.

“Charlie has been to the hospital several times and is very concerned about Brooke,” Brooke’s mother revealed.

The Aspen judge in the Charlie Sheen case just signed an emergency order which will allow Charlie Sheen to be in Brooke Mueller’s hospital room and talk to her.
