Celebrity chef Todd English’s ex-fiance has reportedly been arrested for assaulting English with a watch! Read more on this strange story below.
Erica Wang was arraigned on assault and weapon possession charges after striking Todd English with the sharp edge of a Chopard watch above his eye, leaving him needing seven stitches.
The fight reportedly happened on September 14, 2009 just weeks before English jilted Erica Wang, 33 at the altar. The couple had originally planned to marry October 3, 2009 in Miami, Florida.
Todd’s lawyer said that his client decided to press charges against Wang after she had given a damaging interview to the Post.
Daniel De Benedictis says, “(He) felt he had to move forward to protect his credibility”.
