The LA. Country Coroner has released Brittany Murphy’s Autopsy results this morning. Brittany Murphy’s cause of death was from not one but 3 different things. They listed “community acquired pneumonia,” iron deficiency anemia, and multiple drug intoxication.

We are not sure which one was the main cause but obviously being on drugs doesn’t help you get over pneumonia!
