Brad Paisley had a little fun with his tourmate Kelly Pickler by exposing  secret boob job, showing before and after photos of her at their concert. Read more on this story below.

Kelly Pickler has refused to confirm that she had breast implants after she appeared on American Idol, even though she obviously had bigger boobies.

BradPaisley became convinced that Pickler had a much larger bust than she did when they toured in 2008, and wanted the fans to decide for themselves the last night of her show.

Paisley said, “It was her last show, so we produced a video. We called it, ‘You be the judge.’ We showed photos of her before and after American Idol and just asked if anything was different. As most of you know, cosmetically, something is different. Then added, “She had to walk out onstage to it (the photos).”

We wonder if Kelly Pickler found that in good fun?
